Violators will be ticketed and their vehicles may be towed.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fs.usda.gov\/wps\/portal\/fsinternet\/cs\/recarea?ss=110308&amp;navtype=BROWSEBYSUBJECT&amp;cid=FSE_003738&amp;navid=110240000000000&amp;pnavid=110000000000000&amp;position=generalinfo&amp;recid=28446&amp;ttype=recarea&amp;pname=Maxwell%20Falls%20Upper%20Trail%20(\">U.S. Forest Service<\/a>, which operates the trails, \u201cUnless seasonal restrictions are in effect, campfires must be attended at all times and cold to the touch with the bare hand before being abandoned.
